Yesterday, I hit my daily goal for the first time this year. My daily goal is to 1) Add one name to my list 2) Call 5 people on my list and 3) Do a 1on1, tasting, or go to a Open every day. After I got to the Starbucks "2 hrs early" I started making some calls, Thought maybe I would meet someone. A lady sat down next to me. She had red hair. I commented on the color and how nice it was. She thanked me. We started talking. I told her my wife and I owned a hair salon, asked what she did. using " FORM'". I gave her my card, and asked if she had ever heard of Monavie. She said no. Just as I was going to ask for her number, her date showed up. So I went back to my calls. When he got up to get some coffee, I got her number. After a few minutes my prospect showed up, with his friend. After getting to know them a little I did a 1on1. They were very interested. The one prospect CJ has the potential to build a big business.

Today in a few hours 50 of us will be getting on a bus for the Monavie Convention in Anaheim. Its going to be a blast!!

Last night I went on a call with a lady in my business. Her prospect was eager to tell us all about his business. As I lessened, I found that we had something in common. We both like helping people. With that we talked about how Monavie had helped so many people that I personally know, along with myself. I have close friends that sell his product. and had used it before. I didn't want to get into a "mine is better than yours" pissing contest. But did find out that the highest income earner in his business makes about $400,000.00 year. not to bad, except our highest income earner makes around that a month! After we were done he agreed to take the bottle and try it for a week.

Something that everyone wants in Network Marketing is Momentum..The BIG MO.. I have come up with the 8 D's of momentum and I will share them with you. The first 4 D's are the things that can kill Momentum. 1) Distractions: Getting layed off from your job. Something brakes down. People want you to volunteer for everything. It is so important to stay focused. 2) Disappointments: You sponsor a new person and you think they are going to be a Rock Star, and they quit. You have to be able to say NEXT! and move on. 3) Doubts: Your not sure if you can do this, or if its really going to happen for you. 4) Division: Some one on your team decides they are going to do something else, and try and take your group with them. You and your spouse, or partner start fighting. Again lots of things come to mind. Now 4 D's that can help you. 1) Dream: You must have a BIG dream, so when stuff happens you keep going. 2) Dedication: To your team, spouse, and your Dream. 3) Determination: Working when you don't feel like it. Having a good work habit. Never Quit.. 4) Duplication: Your team will do 1/2 what you do. and 100% of what you do wrong. Must follow the system. Check with your upline before doing anything for the first time.

I did not hit my goal yesterday, I worked in the rain all day then took my wife out for her birthday. But the day before I met a guy in the hot tub at my gym. He had been in before, got layed off and got off auto ship. He said he would like to check out our team Thursday night.

Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and I would like to shair something he wrote. "The size of your success is measured by the strength of your Desire; the size of your Dream; and how you handle disappointment along the way" I believe it all starts with a dream... This morning I am meeting a group of men. " We meet every Monday morning" and I will be speaking on Destiny.

I haven't blogged for a few days, but I have been working the business every day. Before I get up to speed on what has been going on in my life, I was thinking about something my daughter Melissa said the day after the Earth Quake in Haiti. I had not heard about it." I don"t watch the news" But she was telling me what happened, and wished we were at the level in our business that we could help them, with money, or going there and volunteering. I was thinking how awesome that would be to take off for a month and have the time and money to do that. When you get your FREEDOM it allows you the option to help in a big way.

The last time I blogged I had just sponsored number 90. I showed four plans last week personally, and did Two 1-1s for downline. One of the 1-1's was on Friday. I met with a Russian contractor that needs a sales person to run some granite and remodeling leads for him . At the end of the interview I had sold him 2 cases of Monavie, and he had never heard of it or tasted it before. When you believe in something so strongly people want it.

I have decieded to pick 10 people in my business and help them. How do I know who to help. I look for people that show up for everything. That want to build the business. I want to help 10 people get there FREEDOM!

Its important that you learn something every day. So I read, lesson to CD's, attending seminars and spending time with my mentor. Yes MENTOR. My mentor is Vincent St. Lewis. He has a vested interest in my business. He's also gone were I want to go. "Diamond" If your not growing, your dieing. Life has a way of dishing out negative. When I'm out talking to people, I want to be positive. Being positive is like being a magnet. People will be attracted to you.

Yesterday was a Great day! I did a 1-1 with a old customer from my other business, and her husband. My wife was also there, that helped a lot. After spending time with them talking about Family, Occupation, Recreation, I finally Monavie. "FORM"...They signed up ordered 2 cases and autoship. They were our 90th personal sign up. Yeha... Going Diamond!!

12 days into the new year. Wow time is flying. I read something in a book I'm reading by Jim Britt that really hit me. "What you do everyday will take you closer to your GOALs, or farther Away". After I read this, I jumped up, typed it out, and put it on my mirror. I look at it every day. There is a old saying. "If you help enough people get what they want, You will get what you want" So I need to help alot of people, because I want lots of stuff...

My Day yesterday was good, I made lots of calls, and added someone to my list.

Today is Monday, but I will bring you up to current from Friday. Friday I added 2 names to my list. Did my calls. Went to a Dream Board party at Brian and Lorria's house. One of the most important thing I did is start my new leads program. This is how it will work. 1) I have business cards that have 100 dollar bills and 2 guys shaking hands on the front. Printed in yellow up at the top in bold letters will say" Are you tired of being BROKE? " Below on the card will have, Call 800--- my Genievox 800 number, and below the 800, www.areyoutiredofbeingbroke.com Were ever I go I will leave them on everything. Atm's, Starbucks, cars, magazines at the book store. When people see the card, and call the 800 number, I have a message that will qualify them. If they are interested they can leave a message. I will call them and interview them. If they go to the web site they will see info on the trends, and were the next big money will be made. It will then send them back to the 800#. I am having my group also do this. The goal is to have people call us. Saturday I went to the NDO, "New Dist. Orientation" had a new person there. Sunday I did a 1-1 with a guy in Palo Alto for one of my down line. I need to make more calls and set up more 1-1 s...

It's funny how life tries to get in the way when you set your your DREAMS and goals. Right after we got into Monavie I lost my BABY "Black 320slk Mercedes" Then my Toyota truck went down. My wife and I are down to one car. It's amazing that we have been able to make it. Every day is a challenge to get our daughter dropped off, my wife dropped off. then do what I need to do. The things I would take for granted now is twice as hard. I will spend hours making a appointment to do a 1-1 or take someone to a open. then have to move the appt. or cancel it because I can't get there. I am determined to get this business built even if I have to ride my bike.

My day yesterday was good. After I worked my tile job, I made my calls. I didn't add to my list, but did get a young guy to the open last night. Cj I believe will get in and build a big business.

The one thing I love about life is that if you have a bad day, the next morning is a new day and you have a do over. I got up at 5:30 to do my miracle morning, and decided to sleep in and snuggle my wife.

My day yesterday was good. I made my calls, took some people off my list, and made a appointment for a 1-1. I also met a sharp couple @ Starbucks. He is a fireman, she is a makeup artist. they just had a baby and she is looking for something to do that she can stay home.

After I learned about Successful Thinkers, I decided to start one here in Auburn. This morning we will have our first Meet up for the year. As the Host of the meet up, I am able to meet and invite people to my Meet up, with out talking about my business. To build a Network Marketing business you will need to build relationships with lots of people. Today we will have 4 new business people join our group. My friend Nick Clark told me about a website called www.meetup.com I was able to post my meet up on there site. Through that site I was able to funnel like minded people to my group, allowing me to meet, and then build relationships with them.

My actions taken yesterday. I worked on my job site " I install tile and stone" all day. I did meet a lady at a coffee shop. She was reading "How to win friends an influence people" so I started talking to her. I found out she is building the Amway business. I had heen in Amway off and on for 10 years. It was great talking to her about some of the Amway Diamonds that I knew. Jimmy Head was a Diamond I had gotten to know. He is one of my HERO's . Although I am in a different business, I will always remember him, and how he helped me. I also made my calls. I did not do a 1-1 or tasting. I did go to the webanar were Dallin Larson mapped out the plan for 2010, and the new product that just launched. This is going to be a great year.

I realize how aggressive my goals are. Its easy to write down your goals. If I don't go to work my goals are not going to happen. Today is my second miracle morning. Getting up around 5:00 in the morning takes work. I would rather be in bed, the old saying " If you want what others won't have , you need to do what others won't do" is true. I need the self improvement, and kowledge. Wile I'm writing this blog, I'm also lessening to a CD my friend Nick Clark "check out his blog" gave me, the CD is a book on tape about "Trust Agents" why do I need to know this info. It's teaching how to market yourself on line.

Work, I hit 3 of 4 goals yesterday. Recap for yesterday. Did my miracle morning, added a new person to my list, called 5 on my list, did not do a 1-1 or tasting. The person I met was at the gas station. I havent seen her for years, her ex husband is a friend of mine. Aculy I sponserd him a year ago, but he has not done anything. She is a sharp business person and was interisted in my business.

To hit my goal of going diamond I will need to set some goals. The next rank for me is RUBY. To go RUBY I will need 10,000 points on my Left leg and 10,000 points on my fight, with 4 star 500's. this has to be done in 2 weeks in a row. My goal is to be RUBY by. March 26, 2010 , Emerald by April 30th 2010 and Diamond by May 14th 2010. My daily goals 1) to add 1 name to my list. 2) Call 5 on my list. 3) Do a 1-1, tasting, or Open every day. My Weekly goal is to sponsor 1 person a week, and help some one downline sponsor 1. My personal goals, do the Miracle morning Monday-Friday, I will talk more about that later. 2) loose 15 pounds by March 26, 2010. 3) Read 3 business books by March 26th 4) Train to run a 5 mile with my friends.

It's 7:03am on 1-1-2010, We ended 2009 with a bang. It has been tradition for the last 4 years that I jump into my friends ICE cold pool at midnight on New Years Eve. It all started 4 years ago when Lorria the host of the party, and good friend of mine Double Dog Dared me to jump in there pool at midnight. So,I got down to my boxer briefs, and jumped in. When I hit the water I was not prepared for what was going to happen. The water was so cold, "like ice Water" I lost my breath. Everyone was in shock that I would have done that, and so the midnight jump to start the New Year tradition was born. The next year everyone wanted to know if I was going to do it again, well of course I was. That year we had a new guy come to the party, he decided to jump with me. He jumped and has not been back since. The next year I jumped alone. This year I had 7 jump with me. My friend Brian,Lorrias husband, and one of my biggest business builders, pointed out how me jumping was like building a Network Marketing Business. You jump into a MLM, soon as you do you think, "What have I done" then you talk someone into jumping in with you,they do , the next thing you know they QUIT!! Now your back by yourself but you don't quit you keep going. Next thing you know you have 7 friends jumping with you. people that wont quit... leaders that see the Vision. This blog will be my story of 2010 going from gold to Diamond. I am a Gold Exective in MonaVie. MonaVie and the people involved have changed my life. I now know what my Destiny is. It's to build the biggest business in MonaVie, triple Crown Black Diamond. I know it's a BIG DREAM, but why not dream big, I have always been a big dreamer, and a little nuts.. so let's DO IT!!
